Animal charity appeals for support with £3,000+ surgery to save cat's leg
A local animal rescue is appealing to the public for urgent support after taking responsibility for a severely injured stray cat who was found following a road traffic accident with a traumatic hip injury.
Elvis, the three-year-old male cat, described by rescuers as gentle and resilient despite his ordeal, was discovered after being struck by a vehicle and left with a dislocated femur. With no registered owner and no one to cover his veterinary costs, his future now depends entirely on charitable support.
