We’re asking for your support for Elvis, a 3-year-old stray cat who has come into rescue after being hit by a car and suffering a dislocated femur.

With no owner to cover his care, we faced a tough decision: amputate, or attempt specialist surgery to save his leg. Because Elvis is young and otherwise healthy, we chose to fight for the outcome that gives him the best long-term comfort and mobility — saving the leg where possible.

His surgery and aftercare are estimated to cost over £3,000.

Our new arrivals in January are all rescued in partnership with our friends at The Great Catbsy.

Coco was rescued from an abandoned wasteland as a tiny kitten. His sisters who were rescued with him include Holly and Merry, both now happily adopted. Two years on from being saved, Coco is still in rescue but we're hoping this sweet boy will charm his way into a new home as soon as he's ready.

Mango & Lady Marshmallow, aged 5 months, were discovered when their mum was taken to be spayed. It was clear she was pregnant and had to undergo an emergency C-section. Let's hope no more drama awaits these girls who are as sweet as their names!

All three are busy settling in to Kiko's Cat Cafe and will be ready to mingle following a short isolation period.

An amazing nine cats found their forever homes in January: Oscar, Mimi (Cheeto), Lillith (Twiglet), Sid (William), Puglsey, Maeve (Mishka), Wotsit, Nichols and La’Russo.

Seeing so many animals safe, loved, and settled was the perfect start to the year.
