Meet Pirate, the one-eyed wonder who has captured the hearts of everyone in foster care. Despite his missing eye, Pirate is one of the most affectionate, laid-back cats you could wish to meet. He loves being at the centre of family life, soaking up cuddles, tummy rubs, and even being cradled like a baby.
Pirate is wonderful with adults, older children, and even younger ones who understand to be gentle around his blind side. He lives happily with other cats and loves to play with them, so a feline companion in his forever home is essential. He can also live with calm, respectful dogs who give him space.
While he shows interest in the outdoors, Pirate would be safest as an indoor-only cat or with secure outdoor access, as his limited vision makes the outside world riskier. He’s playful, affectionate, and always ready to greet you at the door with love.
