Chester is a sweet boy who’s transformed from a shy cat into a cuddle bug. He has a particularly lovely way with children, especially young boys, and will happily seek them out for lap time. He even recognised a young boy who returned to see him and ran straight over for another cuddle! Chester would love a young human to bond with in his forever home.
He has a wonderfully nurturing side and enjoys grooming, cuddling, and playing with other cats. He particularly enjoys the company of friendly male cats and a more submissive female, so we'd like his new home to include a compatible feline friend. He may also be able to live with a friendly, cat-savvy dog.
We feel Chester would be best suited to an indoor home where he can continue building his confidence, with plenty of play, enrichment, and company. He can still be a little unsure if approached too quickly, but he's come such a long way and is now a mostly confident boy. With a loving family, a compatible cat friend, and plenty of laps, Chester has everything he needs to thrive.
